• Description: USP30(57-517) contains the catalytic domain of USP30 with the N-terminal membrane bound domain being deleted. USP30 deubiquitinates substrates of Parkin including MIRO1, TOMM20, MFN1, and MFN2 on mitochondrial membranes and functions to suppress mitophagy. It prefers cleavage of K6- and K11-linked polyubiquitin chains.
