Source : HEK293
Tag : Avi&His
Protein Length : It contains Gln 24 - Tyr 213.
Description : SOST, also known as sclerostin, is a member of the cerberus/DAN family, a group of secreted glycoproteins characterized by a cysteine-knot motif. SOST is negative regulator of bone growth that acts through inhibition of Wnt signaling and bone formation.
Form : Supplied as 0.22um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).
Molecular Mass : The Human SOST/Sclerostin Protein has a calculated MW of 24.2kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the protein migrates as 25-40 kDa under reducing (R) condition (Bis-Tris PAGE).
Endotoxin : Less than 0.1 EU per ug by the LAL method.
Purity : > 95% as determined by Bis-Tris PAGE
Storage : The product should be stored at -70°C. Please do not repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
