Recombinant Human SIRPA protein(Met1-Arg370), hFc&Avi-tagged, Biotinylated

Cat.No. : SIRPA-2388H
Product Overview : Recombinant Human SIRPA (NP_542970.1) (Met1-Arg370) was expressed in HEK293 with a c-terminal AVI tagged Fc region of Human IgG1 at the C-terminus (Fc-AVI). The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : C-hFc&Avi
Protein length : Met1-Arg370
Conjugation/Label : Biotin
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Bio-activity : Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CD47 His at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human SIRP alpha (hFc & AVI Tag), Biotinylated, the EC50 of Human SIRP alpha (hFc & AVI Tag), Biotinylated is 25-150ng/mL.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant human SIRPA consists of 593 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 65.85 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 84.19 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity : > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C. Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
