Description : | Thetumour-necrosis-factor-family molecule osteoprotegerin ligand has beenidentified as a potential osteoclast differentiation factor and regulator ofinteractions between T cells and dendritic cells in vitro. OPGL is a newregulator of lymph-node organogenesis and lymphocyte development and is anessential osteoclast differentiation factor in vivo. Osteoblasts/stromalcells express OPGL /TNF-related activation-induced cytokine /receptoractivator of NF-kB ligand (RANKL)" as a membrane associated factor.Osteoclast precursors which possess RANK, a TNF receptor family member, recognize OPGL/TRANCE/RANKL through cell-to-cell interaction withosteoblasts/stromal cells, and differentiate into osteoclasts in the presenceof macrophage colony-stimulating factor. |
ProteinConstruction : | Recombinanthuman OPGL is combined the Sequence of extracellular region of OPGL and Fcfragment of Human IgG or 6His. |
Source : | ChineseHamster Ovary (CHO cell) |
Purity : | >95%as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC |
Endotoxin : | <1.0EU per 10 mg protein as determined by the LAL method |
Stability : | Samplesare stable for up to six months from date of receipt at -20℃ and are stable fortwo months at 4℃. |
Molecular Mass : | Recombinant humanOPGL comprises 410 and 184 amino acids of OPGL-Fc and OPGL-6His,respectively. It is about 80kDa and 33 kDa of OPGL-Fc and OPGL-6His, underreducing conditions, respectively. |
Predicted N terminal : | IRAEKAMVDG |
Formulation : | Normally20-50mM NaAC-HAC and 100-150 mM NaCl are added, pH 5.0-6.0. |
Storage : | Store itunder sterile conditions at -70℃upon receiving. Recommend to pack the protein intosmaller quantities for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
