Description : Siglec-4a, also known as Myelin-Associated Glycoprotein (MAG), is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the Siglec family, a subgroup of the Ig superfamily. Adhesion molecule that mediates interactions between myelinating cells and neurons by binding to neuronal sialic acid-containing gangliosides and to the glycoproteins RTN4R and RTN4RL2 (By similarity).

Molecular Mass : The protein has a predicted MW of 57. 6 kDa.
Endotoxin : Less than 1 EU per ug by the LAL method.
Storage : The product should be stored at -70°C. Please do not repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
