• Molecular Mass: The recombinant human Fc/IL8 (aa 6-77)is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consists of 309 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 35 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rh Fc/IL8 (6-77)monomer is approximately 40 kDa due to glycosylation.
