Species : Human
Source : E.coli
Tag : His
Protein Length : 86aa(including fusion tag)
Description : This gene encodes a subunit of transcription/repair factor TFIIH, which functions in gene transcription and DNA repair. This protein stimulates ERCC3/XPB ATPase activity to trigger DNA opening during DNA repair, and is implicated inregulating cellular levels of TFIIH. Mutations in this gene result in trichothiodystrophy, complementation group A.
Form : 20mM Tris.Cl, 50mM NaCl, 50% Glycerol, pH8.0.
Molecular Mass : 10kDa(including fusion tag)
Applications : WB, ELISA, IP, antibody production, protein array
Storage : Store at -80°C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles
