Species : Human
Source : E.coli
Tag : His
ProteinLength : 1-168 a.a.
Description : DTD2 belongs to the DTD family. This protein hydrolyzes D-tyrosyl-tRNA(Tyr) into D-tyrosine and free tRNA(Tyr). It could be a defense mechanism against a harmful effect of D-tyrosine (Potential). Recombinant human DTD2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
