Cat. No. : | BCL2-5361H |
Description : | Recombinant humanBCL2 with His Tag, excluding the BH3 domain, which corresponds to amino acids93-107. This is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 203amino acid residues consisting of amino acids 1-92 and 108-218. |
Source : | E. coli |
Species : | Human |
Form : | Lyophilized from asterile filtered solution containing 10 mM Tris-HCI, pH 8.0+1 mM EDTA+250 mMNaCI. |
Purity : | >95% asdetermined by RP-HPLC and SDS-PAGE analyses |
Endotoxin Level : | <0.1 ng/ug ofBCL2 |
Reconstitution : | Centrifuge vialprior to opening. Suspend BCL2 in 100 ul of 0.5 M Acetic acid, over night at2-4°C. Dilute 10 fold into selected buffer system. Because BCL2 has atendency to form intramolecular disulfide bond, 5 mM DTT is recommended inassay buffer. When running SDS-PAGE gel, 10 mM DTT is recommended. |
Applications : | Western Blot; BindingAssay |
Storage : | Store lyophilizedprotein at -20°C to -80°C. Reconstituted protein is stable for 1 week at 2-4°C.For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C to -80°C with a carrierprotein (0.1%HSA or BSA) as a stabilizer. Please note that the addition ofany carrier protein into this product may produce unwanted endotoxin. Thisdepends upon the particular application employed. Avoid repeated freeze-thawcycles. |
