• Product Overview: Recombinant Cynomolgus CD3D protein (Q95LI8-1)(Met1-Ala105) with the C-terminal his-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; Recombinant Cynomolgus CD3E protein(XP_015290838.1) (Met1-Asp117) was fused with the C-terminal flag-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the CD3D&CD3E heterodimer was purified.

• Molecular Mass: The recombinant heterodimer of cynomolgus CD3D&CD3E comprises 679 (334+345) amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 76.63 (37.75+ 38.88) KDa. The apparent molecular mass of rhesus CD3D&CD3E heterodimer is approximately (50.99 & 40.83) KDa respectively in SDS-PAGE.
• Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
• Purity: > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
• Storage: Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C
  Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
• Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
