Description : The PIK3CA andregulatory subunits are co-expressed in Sf9 insect cells. The catalyticsubunit carries a GST-Tag and the heterodimer was purified by affinitychromatography. The GST-Tag facilitates the protein's application in typicalGST pulldown assays. The MW of p110 alpha is 124.3 kDa (without Tag). The MWof p85 alpha is 83.5 kDa.
