Phosphoric acid transacetylase (PTA) activity assay kit
Cat.No. : | KITZ-071 |
Product Overview : | Phosphoric acid transacetylase (PTA) is one of the key enzymes related to acetic acid metabolism. (PTA) catalyzes the reaction of coenzyme A and acetyl phosphate to generate acetyl coenzyme A and inorganic phosphorus. The increase in inorganic phosphorus is measured by the ammonium molybdate phosphorus determination method to determine the activity of PTA enzyme. |
