• Characteristics: Phenyl agarose Fast Flow is a well-established, standard aromatic HIC medium for capture and intermediate purification requiring low to medium hydrophobicity which is based on a 90 μm matrix, making it idealfor initial and intermediate step purifications requiring a matrix with medium to high hydrophobicity. The availability of two degrees of substitution grades increases the possibility of finding the best selectivity and capacity for a given application.

The compatibility with other solvents have been verified by conducting stability test for some of the media with 1 M acetic acid, 3 M (NH4) SO4 and 1 M HCl.
