Product Overview : | This product is 1mg lyophilizate of sodium keratan sulfate purified from porcine nasal cartilage. CSR-NaKS2(PNC)1 contains both the disaccharide units with monosulfate structure (6-O-sulfation of GIcNAc) and disulfate structure (6-O-sulfation of GIcNAc and 6-O-sulfation of Gal). The average molecular weight is about 3kDa. This product is not suitable for the standard of cellulose acetate electrophoresis because smear band appears. |
