• Description: Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is an antibody isotype. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites. Representing approximately 75% of serum immunoglobulins in humans, IgG is the most abundant antibody isotype found in the circulation. IgG molecules are synthesized and secreted by plasma B cells.

• Storage: Prior to reconstitution, store at 2-8 °C. After reconstitution, store aliquots at -20 °C. Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended.
• Reconstitution: The product is essentially a salt-free preparation and should be reconstituted to a minimum of 1mg/ml with a saline (150 mM NaCl) solution. Protein concentration should be determined after reconstitution by absorbance at 280 nm (E2801% = 14).
