• Product Overview: The mRNA purification kit is designed to quickly separate mRNA from total RNA. The principle of separation is that the polyA residue at the 3 ''end of most mRNAs can bind to the Oligo residue (immobilized on the surface of the magnetic bead), and other RNAs lacking a polyA tail will be washed. This kit contains high sensitivity Oligo magnetic beads, which can separate up to 2μg of mRNA per mg of magnetic beads. After simple incubation and washing, mRNA can be purified from cell lysates or total RNA in a short time. However, the extracted mRNA can be directly used in subsequent experiments without ribosomal RNA reduction or DNase processing, such as RT-qPCR, high-throughput sequencing, mRNA library construction, solid phase cDNA library construction, Northern blot analysis, rapid amplification of cDNA end (RACE), serial Analysis of Gene Expression (SAGE) and other molecular biology experiments.
