Description : | MCLA has been used to assess superoxide formation in a variety of conditions, including neutrophil and macrophage activation, cultured cells and vascular tissue. By using MCLA chemiluminescence, in vivo superoxide production has been reported from the surface of liver, intestine, heart and lung. MCLA-amplified chemiluminescence is also used to determine the extracellular superoxide production from spermatozoa. |
