• Background: The StraightFrom Leukopak REAlease MicroBead Kit was developed for the rapid positive isolation of CD56+ cells directly from Leukopak using the MultiMACS Cell 24 Separator Plus for semi-automated separation. No sample preparation is required, including density gradient centrifugation, erythrocyte lysis, or cell count. The Multi-24 Column Block is included in the kit to allow direct processsing of a 1/2 Leukopak.
• Application: CD56+ cells isolated using StraightFrom Leukopak REAlease CD56 MicroBeads are ideally suited for further magnetic separation, i.e. for the depletion of CD56+CD3+ cells with CD3 MicroBeads. The cells are suited for further flow cytometric analyses, molecular biology applications and functional studies.
