  HIV-1 p24 is a 230 amino acid phosphorylated capsid protein, and the determination of p24 antigen is a standard method for measuring the efficiency of lentivirus transduction. In the preparation process, the content of p24 protein represents the particle number of lentivirus, and Immunoassay is the preferred method to detect the physical titer of lentivirus in the industry. The "Lentivirus Titer (HIV-1 P24) Detection Kit" uses a dual antibody sandwich ELISA method to detect HIV-1 p24 protein, thereby achieving rapid detection of Lentivirus titer.
