Bacteria are widely used for the expression of differentrecombinant?protein. However, 70-80% of the proteins expressed in?E. coli?by recombinant techniques are contained in inclusion bodies (i.e., protein aggregates). The kit includes reagents specially formulated to achieve rapid and high-quality purification of inclusion body proteins using three processes: 1. Lysis of bacterial cells to release inclusion bodies in solid form2. Solubilization of purified inclusion bodies3. Purification of the recombinant protein using spin column chromatography
