• Description: The epidermoid carcinoma cell line A-431, derived from an 85-year-old female, is one of a series of cell lines established from solid tumors by D.J. Giard, et al.

• Stability: The lysate is stable for at least one year from date of shipping when stored at -80 centigrade. After incubation with SDS-PAGE sample buffer, SDS-PAGE samples need to be stored in -20 centigrade for long term storage.

• Concentration: 1 vial of 100 μg whole cell lysate in RIPA buffer.
