• Product Overview: Magrose Heparin series magnetic beads have the characteristics of fast magnetic response, rich heparin density, high physicochemical stability and so on. The heparin coupled to the surface of the magnetic bead product has a large number of negative sulfate ion groups, which can have strong binding ability with positively charged proteins AT a certain pH value. At the same time, heparin can bind to growth factors and antithrombin ATⅲ through specific affinity. Therefore, the target factors can be quickly and efficiently purified from plasma in one step by magnetic separation. Compared with traditional column chromatography purification methods, Magrose Heparin series magnetic beads do not require pretreatment of crude protein samples (such as repeated and cumbersome centrifugation, time-consuming and laborious filtration operations), in addition, there is no need to control the flow rate and column pressure, and there is no need for expensive chromatography equipment. For skilled operators, the extraction of high-purity target proteins can be completed in a very short time, and the parallel processing of multiple samples can be easily achieved to achieve high-throughput protein purification. The magnetic beads can be used in the separation and purification of biological molecules such as anticoagulation factor III, coagulation factor, interferon, nucleic acid binding protein, lipoprotein, protein synthesis factor, restriction endonuclide, thrombin and thrombinoid.
