GST pull-down Kit

• Product Overview: The GST Pull-Down experiment is based on GST (Glutathione-s-transferase) binding with Glutathione (GSH). The target protein X fused with GST tag will be expressed. If there has a protein Y could bind to protein X, after incubating with the immobilized GSH on magnetic beads, the protein X-protein Y complex could be enriched and eluted. Separate the protein Y and identified by mass spectrometry (MS).
