Epoxy methacrylic resin

Cat.No. : Epoxy-001M
Product Overview : Epoxy agarose resin is an activated resin provided in dry form for the immobilization of protein ligands for affinity chromatography. It is used when high densities of low molecular weight molecules need to be attached. It is also useful when a conversion to other special functional groups is required prior to ligand immobilization. For instance, its hydrazide form is very useful for carbohydrates or glycoprotein ligands.

Cat.no : Epoxy-001M
Characteristics : Epoxy resin is suited for coupling lower molecular weight ligands, which has a high density of epoxy- functionality (ca.800 μmol/mL). Under appropriate reaction conditions, this may be used for immobilization of proteins or low molecularweight ligands. It is particularly useful when high densities of low molecular weight ligands must be attached.
