For specific transformation sequences known to have potential safety risks in the products, such as the E1A sequence carried by HEK293T cells and the SV40 large T antigen sequence, residual control should be carried out separately to reduce uncontrollable risk factors.
  
  The E1A&SV40LTA residual DNA (qPCR) detection kit uses multiplex fluorescence quantitative PCR to quantitatively detect the DNA residues of E1A and SV40LTA in semi-finished products, intermediate products, and finished products. This kit is used in conjunction with the Host Cell Residual DNA Sample Preparation Kit to accurately determine the trace amounts of E1A and SV40LTA DNA remaining in the sample.
