Species : Human
Source : HEK293
Tag : Fc
Protein Length : 20-291 a.a.
Description : Lymphocytes proliferate and differentiate in response to various concentrations of different antigens. The ability of the B cell to respond in a specific, yet sensitive manner to the various antigens is achieved with the use of low-affinity antigen receptors. This gene encodes a cell surface molecule which assembles with the antigen receptor of B lymphocytes in order to decrease the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation.
Form : Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally Trehalose are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Molecular Mass : Biotinylated rhCD19-Fc, fused with Fc fragment of human IgG1 at the C-terminus, has a calculated MW of 56.3 kDa. The predicted N-terminus is Pro 20. DTT-reduced Protein migrates as 56-66 kDa due to glycosylation.
Endotoxin : Less than 1.0 EU per μg of the Biotinylated rhCD19-Fc by the LAL method.
Purity : >95% as determined by reduced SDS-PAGE.
Storage : Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. No activity loss was observed after storage at: In lyophilized state for 1 year (4°C); After reconstitution under sterile conditions for 3 months (-70°C).
