• Product Overview: BSA as an exogenous protein which enters the human body with drug products, it may cause immune response or affect the effect of the drug. In the third part of the 2020 version of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the detection requirements of BSA in some human vaccines are specified: for the original solution verification, it should not be higher than 50ng/mL, the finished product should not be higher than 50ng/dose. The BSA quantitative detection kit can quantitatively detect the residue of BSA in various biological products through double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunoadsorption.
