Anti-Streptolysin O Detection Kit

• Product Overview: This kit is used for the in vitro determination of anti-streptolysin O (ASO) levels in human serum. ASO in the serum samples can react with the antigen-microsphere reagent in this kit to form an antigen-antibody reaction, resulting in an increase in the turbidity of the reaction liquid. Within a certain range, the turbidity of the reaction liquid is linearly related to the amount of antigen added. Using turbidimetry, the absorbance of the reaction liquid is measured with optical detection instruments. The concentration of ASO in the serum is quantitatively detected by drawing a standard curve using standards of different concentrations.
