• Product Overview: Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Select Resin is a packed-bed affinity chromatography medium with high selectivity for AAT. It can be used for purifying human AAT from plasma (including Cohn fractions), as well as from recombinant or transgenic sources. In a first capture step, Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Select gives high purity and yield. The medium can also be used in intermediate purification/polishing to enhance product purity.
