The spike RBD coupled to the beads contains the critical mutations (K417N, E484K, N501Y) identified in the South African variant (known as B.1.351 or 20C/501Y.V2). The pre-coupled beads are ready to use for capturing anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibody or ACE2 protein from your sample with high specificity.
