Species : Rat
Source : HEK293
Tag : His
Protein Length : Met1-Thr394
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.Please contact us for any concerns or special requirements. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Bio-activity : Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells. When 5 × 10E4 cells/well are added to ratCD4-His coated plates (1.25μg/mL and 100μL/well),approximately 20%-50% will adhere specifically after 30 minutes at 37℃.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant rat Cd4 consists 378 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 42.5 kDa.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity : > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C
Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
