Species : Mouse
Source : CHO
Tag : Fc
Description : Lymphocyte activation gene 3 (LAG-3; CD223) plays an important role in negatively regulating T cell proliferation, function and homeostasis. It is required for maximal natural and induced regulatory T cell (Treg) function. LAG-3 is closely related to the T cell co-receptor CD4 and binds to MHC class II molecules but with a significantly higher affinity than CD4.
Form : Liquid. In PBS.
Bio-activity : Induces maturation of mouse dendritic cells in vitro. Induces CD4 and CD8 antigen-specific T cells responses when coinjected s.c. in mice, together with the antigen.
Molecular Mass : ~180kDa (SPS-PAGE, nonreducing), ~80kDa (SPS-PAGE, reducing)
Purity : ≥95% (SDS-PAGE)
Stability : Stable for at least 6 months after receipt when stored at +4°C.
Storage : Short Term Storage: +4°C; Long Term Storage: -20°C. After reconstitution, prepare aliquots and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. PBS containing at least 0.1% BSA should be used for further dilutions.
Concentration : 0.5 mg/ml
