Igfbpl1 containsan N-terminal IGFBP motif, a Kazal-type serine protease inhibitor region, anda C-terminal Ig-like domain. Mature mouse Igfbpl1 shares 76% and 96% aminoacid (aa) sequence identity with human and rat Igfbpl1, respectively.
