Measured in antiviral assay using HepG2 cells infected with vesicular stomatitisvirus (VSV). The ED50 for this effect is 2-10ng/mL.
• Molecular Mass: The recombinant mouse IL27 comprises 442 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 49.5 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 60 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
