Bio-activity : 1.Immobilized Recombinant Human Osteoprotegerin / TNFRSF11B Protein (His Tag) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human RANKL Protein (ECD, rFc Tag), the EC50 is 15-45 ng/mL.
2.The bioactivity of hRANKL was determined by measuring the ability of hRANKL to induce TRAP activity in Raw 264.7 cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 1.5-7.5 ng/mL.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant human TNFSF11 comprises 410 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 46.18 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 134.21 kDa and 54.28 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity : > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. > 90 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
Storage : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C
