Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : His
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Bio-activity : 1. Immobilized Human TIGIT His at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human CD155/PVR hFc, the EC50 is 12-120 ng/mL. 2. Using the Octet RED System, the affinity constant (Kd) of TIGIT Protein, Human, Recombinant (His Tag) bound to MITG7192A was 0.1 nM.
Molecular Mass : The secreted recombinant human TIGIT comprises 128 amino acids with a predicted molecular mass of 14.2 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, human TIGIT migrates as an approximately 20.8 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Protein length : Met1-Phe138
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Purity : > 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Storage : Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
