The ED50 for this effect is typically 1-5 μg/mL in the presence of 14 ng/mL human IGFII.
• Molecular Mass: The recombinant human IGFBP6 consists of 224 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 23.9 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhIGFBP6 is approximately 36 kDa due to glycosylation.
