• Bio-activity: Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of PMA-stimulated HSB2 human peripheral blood acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells. When cells are added to ICAM2-coated plates (12.5 μg/mL, 100 μL/well), approximately 50 % - 60 % will adhere specifically.
• Molecular Mass: The recombinant human ICAM2/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer after removal of the signal peptide. The reduced monomer consists of 449 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 50.3 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhICAM2/Fc monomer is approximately 85-95 kDa due to glycosylation.

• Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
