• Product Overview: Recombinant Human GPC3 Protein, Fc-tagged, low endotoxin is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gln 25 - His 559 (Accession # NP_004475). Predicted N-terminus: Gln25, Ser359, Val483. This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 87.4 kDa. GP3-H5258 may be cleaved into secrete GPC3, short propeptide (aa 483-559 predicted) & Fc tag, long propeptide (aa 359-559 predicted) & Fc tag. The protein migrates as 100 kDa (secrete GPC3 & propeptide & Fc tag), 58 kDa (long propeptide & Fc tag), and 40 kDa (short propeptide & Fc tag) on a SDS-PAGE gel under reducing (R) condition.
