Active Recombinant Human FLT3LG

Cat.No. : FLT3LG-1235H
Product Overview : Recombinant Human Flt3-Ligand is a soluble 17.6kDa polypeptide containing 155 amino acid residues, which comprises of the extracellular transmembrane domain of the Flt3-ligand protein. Flt3-ligand (flk2-ligand) stimulates the proliferation and colony formation of certain BM precursor cells including CD34+ cells.

Description : Dendritic cells (DCs) provide the key link between innate and adaptive immunity by recognizing pathogens and priming pathogen-specific immune responses. FLT3-LG controls the development of DCs and is particularly important for plasmacytoid DCs and CD8(see MIM 186910)-positive classical DCs and their CD103-positive tissue counterparts.
Form : Lyophilized from a 0.2μm filtered solution in 20mM Tris-HCl, 20mM NaCl, pH7.4.
Bio-activity : rHuFlt3-L is fully biologically active when compared to standards. Its specific activity is .1.106 units/mg.
Endotoxin : ≤1EU/μg, determined by the LAL method.
Purity : ≥98%, as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC method.
Usage : FOR RESEARCH ONLY
Storage : Lyophilized samples are stable for greater than six months from date of receipt at -20 centigrade to -70 centigrade. The reconstituted samples should be stored under sterile condition in working aliquots at -20 centigrade to -70 centigrade. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized rHuFlt3-L in sterile ddH2O not less than 100μg/ml of the cytokine solution.
