• Usage: For in vitro research use only. Not for use in diagnostics or in humans.
• Storage: Lyophilized protein is stable for at least 3 weeks at room temperature. Long term storage should be below -18°C, desiccated. Upon reconstitution, human recombinant BMPR1A should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days, and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Aliquot to avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
• Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant human BMPR1A in sterile PBS at not less than 100 μg/mL, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
