• Bio-activity: 1. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized 2019-nCoV Spike Protein (RBD, mFc Tag) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind human ACE2 protein (His tag), the EC50 of ACE2 is 10-30 ng/mL.2. Measured by its ability to cleave a fluorogenic peptide substrate, McaYVADAPK (Dnp)OH. The specific activity is >1000 pmols/min/μg.
• Molecular Mass: The recombinant human ACE2 consists of 734 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 85.1 kDa.
• Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
• Purity: > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. > 90 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
• Storage: Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C
  Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
• Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
