• Description: Recombinant HIV-1 p17 is expressed as a Glutathione S-transferase (GST) fusion protien produced in the E.coli expression system. This protein binds to HIV-1 positive human serum polyclonal antibodies in ELISA and Western ELISA.

Western ELISA may be performed in 100-500ng depending on the specificity of the primary antibody used in the test system.
