• Molecular Mass: The recombinant LAG3 consists of 437 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 47.4 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 57.73 and 132.72 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
• Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
