Immobilized Human M-CSF, His Tag at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Cynomolgus M-CSF R, Fc Tag with a linear range of 1-39 ng/mL.
• Molecular Mass: This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.The protein has a calculated MW of 81.9 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the protein migrates as 110-125 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 200- 240 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE).
