• Bio-activity: Immobilize Cynomolgus CD3 epsilon, His Tag at 2 μg/mL, add increasing concentrations of Bispecific T cell Engager (CD3 X BCMA), and then add Biotinylated Human BCMA, Fc,Avitag at 0.2 μg/mL. Detection is performed using HRP-conjugated streptavidin. Binding occurs at a linear range of 1-5 ng/mL.
• Molecular Mass: The protein has a calculated MW of 16.1 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the protein migrates as 18-23 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 33-40 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE).
• Endotoxin: Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
• Purity: >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

  This product is stable after storage at:
  -20 centigrade to -70 centigrade for 12 months in lyophilized state;
  -70 centigrade for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
• Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
