The virus vector has been widely developed as a gene therapy vector for hemophilia A and familial hypercholesterolemia. The AAV8 titer detection kit provides an accurate, specific, and convenient assay for the detection of AAV8 viral particles in cell culture supernatants and purified viral preparations.
