(±)Anatoxin-a Analytical Standard
Cat.No. : | ATX-11 |
Product Overview : | A synthetic, racemic analogue of the neurotoxic, bicyclic amine alkaloid (+) Anatoxin-a, which is a polar, water soluble cyanotoxin, naturally found in some Anabaena flos aquae strains1. The identity of the compound has been confirmed by NMR and mass spectrometry. The analytical standard is dissolved in deionized water and ready to use for calibration. It is distributed in amber glass vials containing about 1 mL of a 10 μg/mL solution. Please note that the volume of the solution may only be approximately 1.0 mL. The concentration of each lot is determined spectrophotometrically, confirmed by HPLC and stated on the Certificate of Analysis. |
