CINP
-
Official Full Name
cyclin-dependent kinase 2 interacting protein -
Overview
The protein encoded by this gene interacts with CDK2, MCM5, and CDC7, and is associated with the origin recognition complex protein ORC2. It acts as a homodimer and is involved in replication and ATR-mediated checkpoint signaling. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. -
