Overview
Murine Macrophage inflammatory protein 1 gamma is a monokine with inflammatory, pyrogenic and chemokinetic CC properties. When murine MIP-1 gamma binds to a high affinity receptor it activates CC calcium release in neutrophils. It also inhibits colony formation CC of bone marrow myeloid immature progenitors. This rec mMIP-1g is an 11.6 kDa protein containing 101 amino acid residues. -
